E-mail Link (Alias) forwarded to your personal e-mail address.
Customer clicks on e-mail hyperlink on your page, which boots their
browsers e-mail program so they can send you a quick message.
2) Feedback Form: Customer fills out Guest book or feedback
form. Information is compiled and e-mailed to your personal
e-mail address.
3) E-mail Form: Customer enters their name, e-mail address and a
short message into a form. Information is compiled and mailed
to your personal e-mail address.
4) Telephone or Fax numbers if listed on contact page.
5) Postal Mail if your mailing address is posted on web site.

It depends
on what plan you choose and how fast
we receive your content information. A brochure plan usually
takes a couple of days. Most other stock plans would take
about a week or so. Shopping cart plans take 2 weeks or more.

It keeps
your future ISP options open. IE: You can change to a better
or cheaper ISP without disrupting your business site.

do I get a personal e-mail account?
If you DO
NOT have a computer at home or work, apply right now for a Free
e-mail address at http://www.hotmail.com
This can also be done at an Internet Cafe or Public Library.
If you DO
have a computer at home or work, apply for phone dial-up or cable
Internet access with a local Internet Service Provider (ISP).
They will provide an e-mail address for you.

No, we only
take payment in advance. We accept credit card payments online
through StoreCarts Shopping Cart. Prices are in Canadian
Dollars, taxes extra if applicable.

you offer dial-up internet service?
No. StoreCarts specializes in web site design and hosting. So
you will need a local internet ISP account in order to access your
web site and retrieve e-mail messages from your site.

do I register a domain name?
You don't have to! StoreCarts does this for you with all
plans except the brochure plan. We search for a few compatible
names, then we register the one you decide on. You may also
purchase domains directly from us.

you accept international orders?
Yes. Customers from around the world are welcome.

Yes, we would be pleased to transfer you international domain to
our virtual servers.

I transfer my existing domain to StoreCarts?
Yes, we
would be glad to have you as a new customer. StoreCarts staff
would handle the transfer for you. You must hire us to
up-grade and maintain you site.

I have a web page without an ISP?
Yes, but it is convenient to check your e-mail and to see our
up-grades to your web page. Also you would need an ISP in
order to have a shopping cart and receive orders. An ISP is
not necessary if you only want to advertise.

I have to own a computer to have a web site?
No. We can design and host your web site and provide a domain name
for you without you needing a personal computer. If you decide
to own a web store with a shopping cart, you should have a computer
to receive orders.
